Special Dining Experience

The OAFCS conference planning committee would like to invite our guests for an optional dining experience at Mitchell Hall; Columbus State Community College's new Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Building.  The state-of-the-art facility features 11 teaching kitchens and labs, as well as a full-service restaurant named Degrees,  The building also boasts a bakery, culinary theater, and more. Those interested in joining us for the one-of-a-kind dining experience will enjoy a 5-course meal designed and prepared by the apprentice chefs for a cost of $50.  This cost is separate from the conference cost.  A guided tour of Mitchell Hall will occur directly after dinner to get a behind-the-scenes look at all this building has to offer as it prepares aspiring chefs and restaurateurs.
