Also, if you have digital photos you want posted email them to me as well. I can scan hard copy photos, but you will need to mail to me.

 If Executive Board members wish to pick up checks at the Executive Board  Meetings, please submit an Expense Form 2 weeks prior to each Board Meeting.

Expense forms turned in at the Board meeting will be processed and the check mailed later.  Because each check needs two signatures, bills take approximately 3 weeks for payment.
